California law gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and of its “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the preceding 12 months, and we have no plans to. Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing you need to opt out of.
Why we can say that
It's not fine print — it's how Sage is built. There are no ads in the App or on this website, no third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and this website sets no cookies at all. Your conversations are processed only to provide the App and keep you safe, as described in our Privacy Policy, and your content is never used to train AI models.
Opt-out preference signals
Because we do not sell or share personal information, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control has nothing to turn off — the protection it requests is already everyone's default here. If our practices ever changed, we would update this page, provide the required notices and opt-out mechanisms first, and honor such signals.
Your California rights
You also have the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information. You can exercise them directly in the App — export and deletion are built into Settings, no email required — or by contacting us at nick@tuigtech.com. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
